No, you can freely browse all futsal venues, check available slots, and see pricing without an account. However, you will need to sign in to confirm a booking.

How does the QR code ticket work?

Once your payment is successful, the app generates a unique QR code. Simply show this QR code to the venue manager when you arrive; they will scan it to grant you access.

How does split payment work for partial bookings?

When joining a partial booking, you only pay for your individual slot via eSewa. The platform aggregates all player payments and settles the full ground cost with the venue automatically.

What happens if someone else tries to book my slot at the same time?

Futsmandu uses a real-time lock system. The moment you select a slot and proceed to checkout, it is temporarily locked for 5 minutes to prevent anyone else from booking it.

What if my eSewa payment fails but money is deducted?

If a transaction times out but money is deducted, our system automatically reconciles it within 15 minutes. The slot will be confirmed, or your money will be instantly refunded to your eSewa wallet.

Can I change my booking time after paying?

Yes, you can reschedule your booking directly from the 'My Bookings' tab up to 12 hours before the match, subject to slot availability at the same venue.
